WHAT A TWIT! JENNINGS BAITED
01/13/2010

Man, Twitter just keeps on getting people into trouble - particularly NBA players.

From Gilbert Arenas digging an even deeper hole for himself with his Tweets about the gun incident, to guys like Amar'e Stoudamire getting bollocked for posting their thoughts online DURING GAMES (!), the social networking site has caused a lot of people a lot of grief.

Now, more Twitter trauma. Rookie sensation Brandon Jennings has been baited into slating Jordan Farmar...having been conned by someone claiming to be the Lakers' guard!

After L.A. beat the Bucks on Sunday night, Jennings posted the following message to one of his Twitter contacts: "hit my phone I'll tell you the real on that Farmar thing."

The fake Farmar quickly replied, "What you gonna say Buck? Heard there is some ish talking on here ..."

From there, it kicked off:

Jennings @YUNGBUCK3): "nah i was just telling the homie how thirsty you are. That's all. But I'm not going to make this a big thing."

Fake Farmar (@JFarmar1): "Am not here to start nothing. You were talking smack on here wanted to clear some air. Look at the bling, done proved myself"

Fake Farmar: "You started with the smack talking, and I ended it with the 2 threes. We even? Cool."

Jennings (@YUNGBUCK3): "but I'm not going to beef with you. See you should be worried about your spot. Shannon Brown??? That's all imma say."

Liberties!!!!!

I've just checked, and Jennings' Twitter page appears to have been removed. Perhaps a wise move.
